Re: (erielack) WAG convention (off topic)

Chris
All the Wellsville pictures that I saw were on the B&S (WA&G) side. There
were no pictures of B&S, B&O, or WA&G on Erie tracks at Wellsville. I note
that Yard Limit rules were in effect for many years at Wellsville (I checked
TT #24, 24 Sep 39, and TT #44, 30 Apr 50) but haven't found any evidence
that the B&S had a Joint Facility with the Erie permitting intechange to
take place near the freight house. Don't believe the B&O or WA&G ever
requested or received the right to conduct interchange at the freight house.
I would also note that the B&S-B&O-WA&G operation at Addison did not
usually involve coming out on the Erie mains at this point either.
      You missed a great meeting.
