Tony,

Please contact the hotel directly.  They most likely have set the block
of rooms a side so that the travel agencies would take them.

The convention hotel is the Best Western Pocono Inn at 700 Main Street
Stroudsburg, PA.  There phone number is 570-421-2200.  Make sure you
mention that you are with the ELHS convention in order to get the ELHS
room rate.

The other hotels in the immediate vicinity are:

Days Inn, 100 Park Ave.
Hampton Inn, 114 South 8th St. 
Clarion Hotel, 1220 West Main St.

It looks as if I can finally make the ELHS meeting!  However,
Travelocity indicates no rooms available for the dates of the meeting.
Is there still a block available for ELHS attendees?  If not, where
might a room be obtained?  Would there be someone attending who might be
looking for a roommate?
