Re: (erielack) Turning Passenger Consists



I would imagine it was a simple task to wye a consist at Scranton, using the
connection to the Bloom. It was also possible to wye at Binghamton, and the
E Binghamton yard had a turntable, which at some point was removed from
service. The CP built a new one there about ten years ago, to eliminate the
need to deal with Conrail when they wanted to turn engines.

If today is Boxing Day, is tomorrow Wrestling Day??  :-)
