What would be left of 140 year old metal (rusted) engine in one of the 
most polluted rivers in the country.  Not much!!!  Some of things 
thrown in that river not only destroy fish and wildlife but metal 
engines.

Remembering the Hackensack River from my "yute" (youth), there are 
things in there no one wants to know about.  40 years ago they were 
saying that the most polluted rivers in the country were the Hackensack 
and Passaic Rivers.

If your going in there diving, you must wear a state of the art 
Haz-Mat suit and probably pray alot.
