A former CB&Q California Zephyr domed observation car,
has been purchased by Pimal County Arizona and the
interior remodeled for it's new use.
It is going to be used as an Amtrak depot in Maricopa, AZ.
The site is being prepared and should be on location

I get messages all the time labeled "RFCxxxx" (that's how it was
labeled in my mailer) and know from experience that these are
always just text (but you're right to delete them if you can't tell).
For some reason, some people's email internet gateway transforms
their message into an attachment, even though it's just text. Maybe
also has something to do with the mail client the person is using,
but I think that the internet gateway of the organization (ISP,
company, etc.), is the culprit. This message came from AOL. Maybe
some mail programs will be smart enough to de-attach it back into the
body of the email, but the one I usually use isn't. I open the
attachment in a text editor to read it.
FYI, RFC here might refer to "requests for comment," which are
"specification documents of the Internet protocol suite" (e.g., sort
of like standards for internet transmissions).
