To quote the immortal "Flounder," in the great classic (came out with two
stars, now four stars, one of AFI's "100 Greatest Comedies) "Animal House," "OH
BOY, IS THIS GREAT!"  Wow, are you guys doing "a job!"  Thank you all, and,
perhaps above all, and seriously, thank you to Jerome, who, even though his
information may have been based on memory, caused so many of us to resort to
our books and dig out the info.  So, again, to all, thanks for continuing to
make this a great list, and to the fellow who crapped out on us because he felt
it was repetitious, "kishentouchoss!"  (French for "nice having you with us!")
