The Cleveland Commercial Railroad has developed (or is in process of
developing) the site at EL's former North Randall Yard for a
rail-truck transfer facility.  They are calling it "CrossRoads".  Not
much info in the link, but nice to see a new development on the EL in
Cleveland.
