Nice work, Brad. Some comments on the first block:
ITTX denotes "saddleback" loading of trucks (not TOFC)
TTKX: trilevel rack with hinged-end decks mounted on flatcar at least 89'4"
in length
TTBX: bilevel rack mounted on flatcar at least 89'4" in length
TTX/LTTX are trailer-only cars, so technically the container loads are TOFC;
I call them COC for Container on Chassis.
TTAX is an all-purpose car, so it's likely these were actual COFC loads, as
B&M used Piggypackers at its Boston ramp.

Yeah, the list doesn't do .xls or .xlsx spreadsheets (or .csv), only .jpg
and .gif images.
I used OpenOffice Calc to export the spreadsheet as HTML. The results are
