The MP started in Cleveland near the River Bed Yard Office as MP  0.00.  
The line actually ran directly from the Cuyahoga River at MP  -0.89.  The 
River Bed Yard was al minus MP to the crossovers in front of  the yard office 
where MP 0.00 started.
 
River Bed to West End Tower was dispatched by a Yard Dispatcher, actually  
called an Operator at Bridge 2.22.
 
The balance of the line from West End Tower east was dispatched by the  
Youngstown Train Dispatcher.
