Joshua, Bill, and all,

I did hear back from Tangent, and they're apparently very troubled about the
reports of "dragging cars" (they mention that it appears to affect the DL&W
and PRR cars, but oddly not the PC ones!). Their recommendation was to put a
Kadee .010 shim washer between the truck and the bolster, which hopefully
will raise the car floor up just enough so that the flanges don't rub. Now,
to find my stock of Kadee washers!
