How far is the Broad St. station from where the new Devils arena is being  
constructed? Going from Manhattan, we'll depart NJT at Penn Station  and walk 
from there. Others who will use Broad St. have been told that it's not  too far 
of a walk.

Track 3  is being reinstalled on its new alignment.  Concrete ties and
rails  have been placed on new subgrade.  Some welds are needed, then
ballast  can be placed and the track brought up to grade.

The west end of the  island platform does not appear to be open.
