About a mile and a quarter via Broad Street and Raymond Boulevard.

Well, it's not too far to walk but it's unnecessary: the new arena is
adjacent to Newark Penn Station.  It would be much easier to take NJT
or PATH to Newark.  PATH would be $2.25 cheaper also.
