The handicapped stall still has all this, though the toilets aren't
pay...maybe they should be given the state that they're frequently in...

Hoboken Terminal's men's room had large stalls with a sink,
mirror/washroom area in their pay toilet.  There were normal ones and
these larger ones for passengers to prepare themselves for the day.
These facilities went for a higher price.
