RE: (erielack) EL GP38-2's

In a related note I plan to get two GP38-2s painted up in GMY- 2001 and
2003, two of the numbers planned, to mark the years I graduated college
and grad school respectively.

What phase would these have been?  The numbers would have been 2001-2020 yes?
