Re: (erielack) Erie Controlled NYS&W



Tim,

       If u ever get a chance, check out some of the Colorado Rail 
Annuals.....hardcover  books published by the Colorado railroad museum.  One 
of them had a great article on a remnant of the Moffaat road existing in 
Denver that'd been setup as a separate corporation. The D&RG & RI were using 
it and finally one of the 'holdouts' took them to court and got a big payout 
for his stock.
