I always (for 40 years or so) thought Port Morris would have been a good 
location for an intermodal terminal, especially as industry that may recieve 
intermodal loads has spread out due to the interstates, especially the 
arterials,e.g.I-287. 
However, "great access" may be probablematic at best! You drive through 
Netcong, or down from Landing---they'll just love those 53's, and as you know, most 
intermodal loads go out the gate early in the AM, say 05-08, and come in the 
gate after (plant) closing---16-1900. Even better!
