In the days before the EL merger;

Did the Lackawanna have any other suburban coaches other than the 
Boonton cars?

Were the cars that were the first MU cars taken directly from the 
suburban coach pool in a similar fashion to the PRR's P/MP-54 cars?

Other than what's at George Elwood's for the MU cars, are there any 
dimensional diagrams of non-powered suburban coaches available?
