Now does anyone know how "Undercliff" became Hohokus (or in older times
Ho-Ho-Kus)? And where was
Prospect Switch, NY? The original
plans for the Waldwick, NJ station were, according to the label, drawn for that
location.

It took me by surprise to learn that it's "bug-OH-tah", not
"BOW-go-tah" :)
I also laughed at the out-of-town railfan who called that big DL W
terminal
at the east end "ho-bo-(pause)-KEN" :)

On the NYS W it's fun to hear people pronounce Bogota!
