Actually, I thought Tonnelle Ave. was primarily a north-south route that
bisected North Bergen more than Jersey City. I agree that Kennedy is JC's
main drag.
On to more closely-related EL pronunciations: How was the Lackawanna car
name "Tioughnioga" pronounced?!? Or "Cochocton?" (sp?)
