Re: (erielack) Binghamton Erie Station (was re: Erie Railroad stations & related activities)

Thanks!  This is the first photo I've ever seen of the Binghamton Erie
station.
OK, perhaps it isn't quite as "unique" as the Lackawanna station, but
it's not as non-descript as some had suggested. 

Surprising it's not bigger, though, given the size of the stations in
Port Jervis and Susquehanna.  But, then again, Erie did have a separate
freight house in Binghamton (I think?), so it's smaller than it would
have been had the freight and passenger operations been combined in a
single building.
