Where are the three business cars?

97-
98-
99- Went to VT for a rebuild right?

I was looking in Railpaces today while trying to sort them out, and I saw 
99, Belford, the one that went to VT.  That had raised windows.  Then I saw 
another issue that had a PV trip, and there was a maroon and grey car in the 
consist with raised windows.  I thought Perry Shoemaker's car was the only 
one with the raised windows.
