A couple of thoughts here:

	Yes, MOW is not as modeled as rs and loco's and likely to be used
only as an interest point in a yard or division point or occaisionally on a
MOW train.  How many MOW trains do you see on the (any) prototype in
relation to the numbers / frequency of revenue runs? ... few.

Secondly, if the mftgs would (could) provide more of these that are powered
and have operating apparatus (would be expensive, however).  The more you
could 'mimick' the prototype, the greater interest you would have.
