Dear Group,
Since the Russians have a long history of duplicating other vehicles now
considered outmoded in the west (Lada automobile is a knockoff of a
Fiat, Tu154 aircraft is a knockoff of the 727)... perhaps it's time to
send them drawings of an E8 or Alco PA!
