RE: (erielack) CNJ RS1

This was a CNJ transfer run that came over "National Docks" trackage - a
piece of shared trackage that ran along the Hudson and connected the LV,
CNJ, and NYC yards. All three roads' trains could be found doing transfer
runs between yards.
