This is way of the EL topic but I couldn't help asking a question 
about it.  One of the recent APBR pictures showed CNJ RS1 1205 
at Wehawken.  This is clearly on NYC trackage, apparently around 
the passenger terminal.  Any clue as to why it was there?  Was it 
leased by NYO&W or NYC?  It is an interesting picture.
