I was just in Orange County (south of LA) and the HOV lanes there are
similar to what they have on I-84 in CT.  Car pool is _2_ or more (Not
three like some places) and it meant that we got to the airport in about 75
minutes.  It was clear that it'd have been 2+ hours without the HOV lanes.
