I hear they are going to put HOV lanes on the site of the old EL main in
Indiana from Huntington to N. Judson. The right of way is wide enough and
it is to be funded from proceeds coming from a new federally imposed tax of
3% on all popsicles sold in the United States. Could be interesting since
these lanes won't be crossing ANY state lines.
