The State of NJ has title to the cutoff from Port Morris to the Del. River. 
If you don't believe  it, check the tax maps. I'm not going to argue the 
point any more because any other stipulation is fiction. If you want I can 
cite the court order and docket number or contact the State Attorney 
General's office, Allison Thiele.

The property is State owned. Warren Sussex Corporation lost title in eminent 
domain proceedings long ago. what is unsettled is the price that will be paid.
