With the topic still fresh concerning the restored rail service in PA, I 
thought to point your attention to a study done by Harvard University on 
Monroe County. In summary, they suggested veering off the existing route and 
planting a new hi-speed line smack down I-380. The site address is:

By the way, I have no real opinion on their study except that I'm partial to 
the existing line.
