(erielack) Laurel Line 2

Just thought I'd add another bit from the recent addition of the Scranton 
tribune. It seems as though Wilkes-Barre wants to capitalize on the proposed 
rail passenger service by "tapping" in the CP line from Wilkes-Barre to 
Scranton. Seems as though 'another 'Laurel Line' is about to birth.
