After start up date, M&E's interchange with CSX will be at South Kearny, the 
NS interchage is at Lake Junction like today.  Most of the interchange 
traffic will be coming to and from NS, but extra trains will have to be run 
to fetch the CSX cars.

Working the D&R won't change, M&E gets there from D&R Junction opposite the 
old Thatcher Glass building in downtown Wharton.
