My feeble mind says that Dartmouth College could (Should) get involved =
with keeping an agent on duty at WRJ as 40% +or- of the passengers through =
WRJ are Dartmouth bound people--   Who could get the college to talk to VT =
 Transportation and Amtrak  to explore a program where the college might =
contribute 50% of the salary and in retur get a STUDENT RAILPASS  that =
would be good for the Northeast Quardrant of the US  at a reduced rate  =
good during the school year.   It seems that many students have questions =
and problems that require more than a vending machine to solve.=20
