CZ Dome Becomes Depot

Former Burlington dome/observation car Silver Horizon has been purchased by 
Pinal County, Arizona and is being installed as an Amtrak stop at Maricopa, 
Arizona, on the former Southern Pacific "Sunset" route. The car is being 
modified internally for such service, and will be installed near the original 
depot site (it is unclear if the original SP depot actually still exists).
