10/29/1899 NY Times, page 10, reports that there was a new ramp at 30th =
St and 5th Avenue connecting the 5th Avenue El by a ramp to the Culver =
line, cutting 19 minutes off run from Park row to Coney Island. It was =
said to be a "Union Station" as there was also a ramp to bring =
streetcars up to El level as well..
