Thanks, Pat, for the pictures. Yes, rural Passaic and area. 

These photos would have stirred memories for my Aunts. But the photos are late--my last Aunt on that side died this past July. I have one Uncle (once removed) in his upper 90s whose mind is still sharp, especially for the old days. Seeing these make me want to print those of ;Passaic and vicinity, and go visit him in Wallington. My Grandfather immigrated in 1893 from what is now Poland. He was first, then my Uncle's Dad. Both came through Ellis Island, as later did my Grandmother. The brothers and families settled in Wilkes Barre PA. The families "migrated" back to Passaic area after the turn of the century (1901-1903) working with the dye, rubber and silk industries. They lived in Passaic, Clifton, several area locations, and finally in Wallington.  My Uncle has lots of stories. Last I shared was on his screened porch, with a nice little breeze.  ;With a picture, he'd probably recall a bunch more.  He ;had relatives working with and on the railroads, one Uncle worked for the Erie & NYSW B&B Department. I would have to ask about DLW connections.

C3368 - C3370 are in Little Falls NJ, and that is Little Falls interlocking tower.    See the current ARHS publication  FD&S arriving any daynow, foropening and closing dates.    Interlocking machine was rumored to have goneto Paterson Jct tower.
