RE: (erielack) Steamtown Images--September 20, 2013 (C3336 thru C3340)



C3336-C3339 appear to be taken near the end of the DL&W Winton Branch and the Erie Jessup branch in Jessup. The terrain looks familiar to me, both the streets and the hills in the background. I believe it is the current route of PA State Route 247 through Jessup (this is a section of Church St going down towards the valley, before you make a left on Front Street)
 
In C3339, I believe the track in the foreground is near the end of the DL&W Winton branch (I forget what breaker was at the end), and in the background are coal hoppers on the Erie Jessup branch (perhaps a yard?), less than a mile from the end of that branch's junction with the D&H mainline.
