Re:(erielack) EL on Wabash

The window arrangement suggests this is a coach.  With two N&W coaches following (one red letterboard, one blue) this might be a charter move.

OK, can anyone explain how this EL sleeper (at left) got onto the Wabash's "Banner Blue?" I didn't know the EL had an agreement with WAB?
