To close a loop here,
I had an on-going article request with the NMRA library, so I asked them to
add the RMC Hulett article. No questions, no mus no fus. Just sent the
article to Anders. So, NMRA is ready source for such articles. [I am a
member and have used their library for getting articles a lot over the last
year. It's Very easy and helpful.]

I think the NMRA might have agreements with the big magazines, I'm sure
NMRA's attorney would not allow illegal acts to transpire...
