(erielack) Ride the EL through the Delaware Water Gap on October 13th!

Tickets are still available for the Erie Lackawanna Dining Car Preservation
Society October 13 Fall Foliage excursions, operating out of the East
Stroudsburg and Delaware Water Gap stations.  Trains will depart from East
Stroudsburg at 10 am, 12 noon and 2 pm.  Passenger pickups will also be
made at the Delaware Water Gap station at 10:30 and 12:30.  The train will
operate through the Gap and down to Slateford Junction.  This is a rare
opportunity to ride a passenger train at the extreme eastern end of today's
Delaware Lackawanna Railroad.  No matter which stop you get on your trip
will cover the entire East Stroudsburg - Slateford Junction route. Tickets
are $19 for adults and $16 for children 12 and under.  All proceeds go
towards restoration of our fleet of passenger cars.
