(erielack) Marion Yard
Reading the latest Diamond, there is a mention to an unmodernized Marion yard could not keep up with the direct delivery policy in chicago. I know there were plans to modernize marion, and the hurricane took the money set aside to do it. But was the plan to modernize Marion ever put to paper? I mean was there a written plan on what they were going to do and what marion would have looked like had it been carried out?
