If you search Lehigh,  Illinois on Google maps you can see a huge facility. 
It's 
hard to  tell if it's operational: there are are long strings of what look 
like  
empty hoppers. Of course it's hard to know when the photo was  taken. 
Search it 
on Bing maps and you can see a blue  locomotive at the head of a line of 
hoppers, 
near some buildings west  of the pit. There's a big black stain on the 
ground 
around the track  just south of the turnout - maybe that's where they store 
 it?

This is (was) a very large operation.  In addition to the unit being  
discussed, they operated another GP-8 rebuild as well as an NW-2 and a GE 45  
tonner.
