Re: (erielack) TOFC car at Scranton



These appear to be DOD flatbeds headed to the Tobyhanna base. Does D-L serve 
the base? They will need to be grounded at a ramp with double or portable 
bridge plates, since TOFC flats don't have them anymore. In today's era of 
doublestacks and large terminals, this is an extermely rare find on several 
counts: flatbeds, single-platform shipment, circus loading. You oughta post 
this at another railfan site too.
