The picture of the F3 with the Drew tankers appears to be closer to Totowa than Little Falls.  The embankment in back of the train leads up to Laurel Grove Cemetery.  This is just beyond the High Bridge.  I suspect the rear of the train was still on the train when this frame was snapped.
