Oh let's not get complicated. 

1. Chinese workers also don't have personal desires for fleets of brass locomotive models And it's clear that at least **some** of our number actually live on that 77 cent wage rate (so complain their spouses) while the balance is invested in the model of the E-L in the basement.

2. The Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad was the leader and instigator of forerunners of the EPA -- battling throughout the Northeast for "Clean Air" laws more than a hundred years ago. There's a direct lineal progression from the DL&W RR to today's EPA.

Rick is just one of those grumpy Erie guys who just hates everything DL&W.
