First a question:
What is the locomotives on the cut of cars in the center of the picture?
Second a comment:
the stack from the shop buildings putting out smoke probably from the
bituminous used in the forges. The many white plumes are steam or
water vapor. Note how little emissions are coming from the stacks of
the 800 series locos and the other locos a the right of the picture.
