Randy, a lot of modelers would beg to differ. To me, switching is more 
interesting than the dull work of running trains around the layout  ;-)

An interesting shot, in that NO trains are shown, just cars and switchers 
doing the dull work of making trains.  Whatever is on the 2nd track from the 
left will probably get out of the way so that a Santa Fe train can back in 
and load all that headend stuff -- maybe the Grand Canyon?  That little, 
short baggae car is a clue;  ony Santa Fe and B&O had them, AFAIK.
