Peter,

We received  your two orders on Dec 10th.  One for a Regular ELHS Membership and one for a 2010
Calendar.  Please note that the ELHS is an all volunteer organization and we do not have a paid
staff for performing order fulfillment.  As noted on our website and in the Flying Saucer section of
the Extra Board, the ELHS has a  4-6 week shipping policy for all orders.  Based on this your
earliest expected delivery date is Dec. 31st and your latest is Jan. 14th.

The Gift Shop is run pretty much by one person with some help of a few others at train shows and
meetings.  Most of you probably know who I am referring to.  We do partner with MRPO for warehouse
space, boxing, and shipment of order but the Sales Manager must process every single order [on his
personal time] prior to that happening.  This process also requires that the paperwork for the orderbe delivered to MRPO before it is filled.  This is not a perfect system but it works.  In the not
too distant past, the Sales Manager did everything from pulling orders and boxing to dropping
everything off at the post office for shipment.

It is neither necessary nor appropriate to use the erielack list for this sort of issue.  Please
address any future inquires about orders or items for sale on http://www.erielackhs.org to
sales_@_erielackhs.org.  Please address any suggestion on how we may improve this process to me off

I have been back checking and see that PayPal has paid ELHS $35.00 on Dec 10 for my membership and $12.20 for the ELHS_ELDCPS 2010 Calendar, also Dec 10.
Since I have read of other troubles with purchases to the group and have not received a calendar would someone please check to see if these two items made it to ELHS.
