Re: (erielack) Portage Bridge near Hornell (3)



I stopped there at the west end last year on my way out to the Annual in 
Elmira, and the entire ROW was fenced in and signed accordingly...I can't 
speak for whether access can be gained easily from the east end or not, but 
regardless, I never say anyone on the actual ROW/track in the 1.5 hrs. I was 
there...
