(erielack) OHCR Rumor

Guys,
 
I was just on the Atlas website and someone mentioned that the Ohio Central  
has been sold to Genesee & Wyoming. Can anyone confirm this?  It's too  late 
in the year for April Fool's Day. OHCR operates on some ex-EL  trackage. EL
