RE: (erielack) GL/Boonton Trains on Great Notch Hill

Lincoln Park siding currently extends from the Beaver Brook Road grade crossing, well west of the station, to the grade crossing at Ryerson Road, about 7000 feet.  It once extended east across the Pompton River bridge.  I suspect it was cut back so that trains would not block Ryerson Road.
